Preparation:
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Combine sugar, oil,
egg and milk; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill paper
lined
muffin cups half full; place 1 teaspoon jam on top. Cover with more batter.
Bake at 350~F. for 20 minutes. When out of oven, dip in melted butter, sugar
and cinnamon mixture.(1/4 cup butter, melted, 1 teasppon cinnamon, 1/3 cup
sugar) Serve warm. |
