1 c. shortening
6 ripe bananas -- mashed
4 eggs -- well beaten
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda |

Preparation:
Cream sugar and shortening until blended. Add bananas and eggs. Stir
dry ingredients together 3 times and blend into batter. Do not over
mix. Pour into muffin pans and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
