Preparation:
Batter: combine eggs, milk and oil. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into 24 muffin tins.
Crumbs: Combine all ingredients together. Sprinkle crumbs over each muffin.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. |
