Preparation:
Preheat oven to 190°C (375F). Cream together the butter and half the
caster sugar. Gradually beat in the egg yolks. Whisk egg whites in a
clean bowl until soft peaks form, then whisk in remaining caster sugar.
Fold the egg whites and the flour into the butter mixture.
Stir in the chocolate sauce and pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish.
Bake for 40-45 mins, or until puffy and just set to the touch. Sprinkle
with sifted icing sugar and serve immediately. |
