Preparation:
In a medium saucepan, stir together cider, sugar, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, cloves and cranberries. When mixture boils, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 20 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. Pour into cranberry mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear. Heat sausage and onions together. Place a helping on each plate, top with sauce and serve. |
