Bread & Butter Pudding
8 slices bread
Cream
2 C powdered sugar with
3/4 C butter
5 C milk
4 eggs
1 1/3 C sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
Preparation:
Spread sugar and butter mixture on 8 slices bread and cut each into
4 pieces. Place in greased baking dish. Pour remaining
ingredients mixed over the bread
and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with
whipped cream.
