Preparation:
1. Heat milk and slowly stir in quick-cooking rice cereal; cook, stirring, 10 minutes.
2.Mix sugar and gelatin and stir slowly into hot mixture; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
3.Chill until mixture thickens slightly; fold in remaining ingredients.
4.Pour into a 2-quart bowl and chill until firm. Garnish with additional fresh blueberries and nutmeg-dusted whipped cream. |
