Ingredients:

   1      large pkg.    Oreo cookies -- crushed
   1      pkg.          cream cheese -- (8 oz.)
   1      stick         butter
   1      c             powdered sugar
   3      c             milk
   2      pkgs.         instant vanilla pudding
   1      t             vanilla extract
   1      carton        Cool Whip -- (12 oz.)

Preparation:

Put half the crushed cookies in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Cream together cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar. Add milk, pudding, vanilla and Cool Whip; blend well. Pour mixture over crushed cookies and top with other half. Freeze or refrigerate until firm. Next time try adding melted butter to the crushed cookies on the bottom to make more of a crust. Also, it occurs to me, you could substitute graham crackers for the Oreos.
