Mandarin Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

   2 1/2  cups          cooked rice
   1      cup           undiluted evaporated milk
   1      cup           mandarin oranges in juice
     1/2  cup           mandarin orange liquid from can
     1/2  cup           firmly packed brown sugar
   3      tablespoons   butter -- melted
   1      teaspoon      vanilla extract
   3      large         eggs -- beaten
     1/2  cup           raisins
 

Preparation:

Combine rice with all ingredients except orange sections. Mix well. Lightly butter crockpot. Pour in rice mixture. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours. Stir during first 30 minutes. During last half-hour, stir in orange sections.
