Preparation:
1. Beat ricotta cheese in small bowl of electric mixer until smooth.
2. Add banana, lemon juice, confectioners' sugar, chocolate and almond extract; beat until mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Sprinkle ladyfingers or macaroon crumbs into dessert dishes; spoon pudding over crumbs. Chill.
4. Serve with whipped cream, banana slices and additional grated chocolate sprinkled over top, if desire |
