Preparation:
In a large mug (at least 12 ozs.) dissolve the cornstarch, cocoa, and sugar in the milk. Microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds, or until mixture boils. Stir in the vanilla extract and white chocolate chips. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
