Preparation:
CUT BREAD INTO CUBES IN PAN 9X12. POUR 2 CUPS OF MILK OVER BREAD. MIX IN
BOW; THE REMAINING 4 CUPS OF MILK AND PUDDING MIXES WITH A WHISK. POUR OVER
BREAD. SPRINKLE WITH CHOPPED PECANS. BAKE 1 HOUR @ 350. SERVE HOT WITH A
RUM SAUCE ON TOP.
