Preparation:
Stir together first 5 ingredients; set aside. Cut tenderloins in half
crosswise; rub with garlic and brush with oil. Placeon rack in a broiler
pan. Broil tenderloins 3 inches from heat (with electric oven door
partially open) 7 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt, and turn. Broil
7 more minutes; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, and top evenly
with cheese mixture. Broil 5 more minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
Sprinkle with parsley. |
