Caribbean Guacamole Crab Canapes

Ingredients:

  3              Large  ripes avacados -- mashed and sprinkled
                        with fresh lemon juice
  8             Ounces  crab meat
  1                     scotch bonnet or habenero pepper sliced and
                        minced (careful -- these puppies are
                        HOT, but the taste is unbelievable)
  2             cloves  garlic 
     1/2           cup  red onions -- minced
  2         Tablespoon  mayo
                        Juice of 2 limes
                        Young tender spinach leaves
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, except spinach leaves. Chill for 2 hours. Spoon over spinach leaves.
