Preparation:
1. Combine the cider, sugar and spices in a large saucepan.
2. Heat slowly to boiling. Boil 3-5 minutes. remove spices.
3. Serve hot garnished with orange slices, lemon slices, or rings of unpared red apple with whole cloves forced through peel.
Note: If desired, chill spiced cider and serve over ice cubes made from apple juice. |
