1/4 cup mashed strawberries
sugar
3 ounces rum
1 ounce orange-flavored liqueur
1/2 lime -- juice of
4 ice cubes -- crushed
Preparation:
1. Mash berries, adding a little sugar to facilitate mashing.
2. Combine berries, rum, orange liqueur, lime juice and ice in blender; blend until frothy.
3. If desired, strain through a fine sieve to remove berry seeds.
