Preparation:
Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Mix together taco
sauce, tomato paste, taco seasoning and water. Pour half the
mixture over drained hamburger mixture. Dip onto shells one at
a time, wrap up and place in casserole dish. Pour remaining
mixture over enchiritos, grate cheese and put on top. Bake
until cheese melts. Can be microwaved to melt cheese. |
