3 medium Jalapeno -- deveined
1/4 cup Onion, red -- chopped
2 tablespoon Coriander, fresh -- chopped
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 pinch Sugar (opt)
Salt
Pepper, black |

Preparation:
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, peppers, onion, coriander and lime juice. Just
before serving, season with pinch sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Makes
about 2 cups. |
