Preparation:
Combine blue cheese and butter; set aside. Combine cream cheese and next 4 ingredients in a small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until blended. Cool and stir in bacon. Spread blue cheese mixture over 6 bread slices; top evenly with roast beef. Spread cream cheese mixture on remaining 6 bread slices, and sprinkle with chives. Serve open-face with tomato slices and endive leaves. |
