Mint Chutney Sandwich

Ingredients:

                        Butter
                        Tomatoes -- sliced thin
                        Cucumber -- sliced thin
                        Mint Chutney
                        Fresh Corriander -- chopped fine
                        Fresh Mint -- chopped fine

                        Corriander: Mint = : 1)
  1                     Onion -- medium
                        Green Chillies (1 or 2 -- according to taste)
     1/2           Tsp  sugar
     1/2           Tsp  Cumin Powder (Jeera)
                        Salt to taste.
 

Preparation:

Spread a thick layer of the Mint Chutney on one slice of bread, butter on another. Stick the tomatoes and cucumber slices in the middle. Alternatively, just use butter and the chutney. Note: try this sandwich with just about any of your favourite vegetables, sliced. Experiment! (PS:try sliced boiled potatoes) Bread: Tastes best with white bread. *Mint Chutney Grind all the ingredients together in a food processor. That's it! Keep refrigerate
