Ingredients:

  13            ounces  tuna in water -- drained and flaked
     1/2           cup  red pepper -- diced
  2        tablespoons  coriander -- chopped
  1         tablespoon  honey
  1         tablespoon  lime juice
  1         tablespoon  low-fat mayonnaise
     1/2      teaspoon  black pepper
     1/4      teaspoon  hot pepper sauce
     1/4      teaspoon  ground cumin
     1/4      teaspoon  salt
  2                     pita bread rounds -- cut in half
 

Preparation:

1. Combine first 10 ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well. 2. Open pita pockets and line each with 1/4 of the cucumber slices and 1/4 of the alfalfa sprouts. 3. Fill each pocket with 1/4 of the tuna mixture.
