Preparation:
Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler. Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and cayenne pepper in small bowl to blend. Set aside. Whisk oil, vinegar and rosemary in another small bowl to blend. Brush mixture liberally over mushrooms. Season mushrooms with salt and pepper. Grill or broil mushrooms until tender, brushing occasionally with oil mixture, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to bottoms of hamburger buns. Spread tops of hamburger buns with mayonnaise mixture. Serve burgers with lettuce, tomato and red onion
