Salsa Sandwich

Ingredients:

   1      can           Tuna
   1      medium        Mango or papaya, peeled and diced
   1      medium        Orange, peeled and diced
   1      medium        Pear, peeled and diced
   2      Sprigs        fresh cilantro, chopped
     1/4  medium        Red onion, finely chopped
                        Juice of 1/2 lime
   1      pinch         cumin
     1/2                Red pepper, diced
     1/2                Jalapeno pepper, finely diced
   1      pinch         crushed black pepper
 

Preparation:

Place all ingredients except tuna into small bowl. Mix well and let sit for half an hour to allow flavours to blend. Spread on your favorite bread and top with tuna chunks.
