Sausage and Chicken Stuffed Pita Sandwiches

     3/4  pound         boneless        skinless chicken
                        breasts, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
   1      clove         garlic  finely chopped
   1 1/2  cups          Ragu Old World Style Pasta Sauce
   1      cup           shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4
                         heated
   1      ounces        ) 6 large pita breads
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 F. In 12 inch nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Add chicken and garlic an cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in Ragu pasta sauce an simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until sausage is done and chicken is no longer pink. Remove from heat; stir in cheese. To serve, generously stuff pita bread with sausage mixture. Garnish, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese. Recipe Tip: The quickest way to peel garlic is to press each clove with the flat side of a knife until the paper like skin breaks; the skin slips off easily. Servings: 6
