Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 F. In 12 inch nonstick skillet, cook sausage over
medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Add chicken and garlic

Recipe Tip: The quickest way to peel garlic is to press each clove with the
flat side of a knife until the paper like skin breaks; the skin slips off
easily.
