Preparation:
1. Make the dressing: combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
2. Make the filling: Cook the ground pork, onion and garlic in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until pork is brown; drain.
3. Stir in cumin, salt and pepper.
4. Split each pita halfway around with a knife to create a pocket. Spoon pork mixture into pockets. Top with tomato, lettuce and yogurt dressing. |
