Ingredients:

  2              pints  fresh raspberries -- or
  24            ounces  frozen unsweetened raspberries -- thawed
  1 1/4           cups  simple sugar syrup
  2        tablespoons  fresh orange juice
 

Preparation:

1. Pur‚e the raspberries with 1/4 cup of the Simple Sugar Syrup in a food processor until smooth. 2. Stir in the remaining Sugar Syrup and the orange juice, then transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instruction
