Preparation:
Toast oats in skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Watch carefully as they can blacken quickly. Remove immediately from skillet and cool; set aside. Beat eggs with sugar until mixture is a lemony color, about 4-5 min. In separate bowl, whip cream until slightly thickened. Fold in egg mixture.
