Ingredients:

6         cups          milk
4                       eggs -- beaten
2         cups          whipping cream
1         cup           orange spiced tea -- plus
2         tablespoons   orange spiced tea

Preparation:

In saucepan, combine sugar, flour and salt. Gradually add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir a moderate amount of hot milk into beaten eggs, Return to pan, cook and stir 1 min more. Cool to room temp, stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Freeze according to directions.
