1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 egg yolks -- beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups whipping cream -- chilled
3/4 cup heath almond brickle chips
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower nuts
Preparation:
Mix milk, sugar, salt and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat until bubbles form. Cool. Add vanilla, cream, brickle chips and sunflower seeds. Pour into ice cream freezer. Freeze as to the ice cream maker directions.
