Ingredients:

1 jalapenos -- sliced (1 to 2)

thinly sliced -- (1 ounce)
1 stalk lemongrass -- thinly sliced
(1 1/2 ounces)
15 sprigs cilantro -- leaves and stems
included
1/2 teaspoon garlic -- chopped |

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and 1/2 cup water in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Makes 2 cups. |
