Ingredients:

  2          teaspoons  fresh lemon juice
  2          teaspoons  fresh lime juice
  1           teaspoon  red wine vinegar
  1           teaspoon  flat-leaf parsley
  1           teaspoon  mild chile powder
     1/2      teaspoon  dry mustard
     1/4      teaspoon  kosher salt
     1/2      teaspoon  fresh basil leaves
     1/2      teaspoon  fresh oregano
     1/2      teaspoon  fresh sage leaves
     1/8      teaspoon  freshly ground black pepper
  1           teaspoon  garlic
     1/2           cup  extra virgin olive oil
 

Preparation:

combine all ingredients, except olive oil in a bowl-mix well whisk in oil, one tablespoon at a time, until well blended allow to stand at room temperature for 1 hour, allowing flavors to meld whisk briefly to blend use as desired
