Provencal Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

     2/3           cup  provencal vinegar
     1/2           cup  water
  1            package  caesar salad dressing mix
  1               dash  onion powder
     1/4      teaspoon  pepper
  1           teaspoon  salt
     1/8      teaspoon  basil
     1/8      teaspoon  thyme
  1                can  ready cut peeled tomatoes -- pulse in blender
  3          teaspoons  sugar
  1                cup  vegetable oil
     1/4      teaspoon  garlic
 

Preparation:

Whisk all the above ingredients together. Add the tomatoes last. This needs to be refrigerated. Will keep for 7-10 days. Store in a non reactive container. Makes about 4 cups.
