2 teaspoons grated orange peel
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 pound cooked deli turkey -- cut into 1-inch
2 cups seedless grapes -- (red and green),

2 large apples -- cored, cut into
2 celery stalks -- thinly sliced
1 cup toasted walnut pieces
1/2 cup raisins
butter lettuce leaves |
Preparation:
Whisk yogurt and mayonnaise in medium bowl to blend. Add orange peel, orange and lemon juices and whisk until well blended. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Combine turkey, grapes, celery, walnuts and raisins in large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve salad on bed of butter lettuce leaves.
