Preparation:
Place ground beef in glass 9x13" baking dish. Pat down until bottom
is covered. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Slice potatoes thin on top
of beef. Next slice carrots on top of potatoes, then onion. Add
shredded cabbage to cover top and place pats of margarine over
mixture. Cover with foil. A can of cream of mushroom soup makes
a more delicious dish.
Cooking time: 1 1/2 hours. Temperature 375 degrees F. |
