Preparation:
Renydrate granburger in 1 1/4 cups hot water for 10 minutes. Pour a little corn oil into a large skillet or dutch oven. Add rehydrated granburger, onion, garlic, parsley, mushrooms, and seasoning mix. Saute at medium heat till onion is tender - about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Stir in flour. Cook 1 minute, stirring to prevent sticking. Add remaining 1 1/4 cups water. Simmer two minute longer. Add cheese. Stir till melted. Serve on buns.
NOTE: this mixture is also excellent served over noodles or rice. It may be frozen for future use if desired. |
