1/4 c. fresh cilantro chopped
2 Tbsp. green onions finely chopped
« jalapeno pepper seeded and finely
chopped
3 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 « tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. fresh ginger peeled and minced
1 dash fresh ground black pepper
Preparation:
In medium bowl, combine mango, cucumber, cilantro, green onion,
jalapeno, lime juice, brown sugar, ginger and pepper. Cover and refrigerate
at least one
hour to allow flavors to blend.
