Cucumber Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

     1/4      teaspoon  cumin
  1         tablespoon  seasoned rice vinegar
  1                     lime -- (about 1 tbs) ,

Preparation:

Mix all and let sit in refrigerator for about a half hour. Serve over grilled fish, or as a side dish to poultry.
