Ingredients:
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
For each serving:
1 Lean Center-cut Pork Chop (5 ounces)
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Peach Puree (Baby Food)
2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce (I use Low Sodium Soy Sauce)
1 Pinch Minced Garlic (Fresh or Dried)
Optional: 2 Teaspoons Onion Flakes, 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger. |
|
Preparation:
Trim and discard fringe fat from chops; ste chops aside.
Tear off a square of Aluminum Foil for each chop.
For each chop:
Combine remaining ingredients in the center of the foil. Turn chop on the mixture to coat it well. Fold foil over chop.
Arrange packets on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour or more, until tender. Open packets during last 15 minutes to permit chops to brown. |
