2 teaspoons cilantro -- chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper -- black
2 tablespoons sour cream |
Preparation:
In a food processor or blender, puree lime juice, mango and chile. Place diced vegetables and fruit in a mixing bowl, add puree and combine. Mix in cilantro, salt and pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste. Gently fold in sour cream. Serve with grilled fish or chicken. |
