Artichoke Shrimp Spread

Ingredients:

   2      cans          artichoke hearts -- drain, chop fine,

     3/4  cup           grated romano cheese
     1/2  cup           grated parmesan cheese
   1 1/2  pounds        cooked shrimp -- chopped fine,
  70      pounds        -- up to 90, up to the
   1      teaspoon      basil
   2      tablespoons   ex virgin olive oil
   1 3/4  cups          mayonnaise
   1      tablespoon    lea and perrin
   1      tablespoon    louisiana hot sauce
                        salt and pepper
   1      loaf          poor boy bread -- slice in half
                        -- horizontally
 

Preparation:

Mix all and spread on both halves of bread. Lace with a little more olive oil. Cut in 1-1/2" slices and put in a 300~ oven for 5 to 8 minutes to heat until bubbly. (wrv)
