2 avacado's ripe
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
3 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
salt and pepper to taste
(I like to add a
slight dash to tabsco sauce to mine)
Preparation:
Peel avocados and mash with lemon juice. Add onion, worcestershire sauce,
salt and pepper. Add crumbled bacon. Mix well. Chill. Serve as a spread
on crackers or as a dip for chips.
