Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup vidalia onion -- chopped
1 cup red onion -- chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley -- chopped
8 ounces cream cheese with chives and onion |

Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until tender; stir occasionally.
2. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley and cream cheese until smooth.
3. Spoon into small serving bowl. Serve warm or cold with crackers.
Notes: Refrigerate leftovers. |
