Preparation:
In a Crock Pot, layer half the potatoes, onion, ham and cheese in bottom. Repeat layers ending with cheese on top.
In small bowl combine soup. milk and thyme. Pour over top of cheese. Cover and cook on high 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Note: I didn't cook on high at all, I just cooked on low for about 8 hours. It came out fin |
