Zesty Antipasto

Ingredients:


1/2 cup italian vinaogrette

1 jar pepperonicini salad peppers -- drained

1 can spanish olives -- large, pitted

8 ounces provolone cheese -- cut in 1 inch cubes

2 cups mushrooms -- cut in half

2 cups cherry tomatoes -- cut in half

4 ounces pepperoni -- sliced

1 bunch lettuce leaves
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. In large, shallow nonmetallic dish, pour vinairgrette. 2. Add peppers olives, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes and pepperoni. 3. Toss to coat. 4. Cover, refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. 5. Spoon onto lettuce. Serve with toothpicks.
