Cheese 'n Chile Quesadillas

Ingredients:


2 cups shredded cheddar or monterey jack

6 tortillas flour tortillas 8 inch

4 ounces ortega diced green chiles -- drained

1/2 cup ortega thick and chunky salsa

1 package prepared guacamole

1 package sour cream

1 package sliced pitted ripe olives -- for garnish
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sprinkle 1/3 cup cheese onto half of each flour tortilla; top each with 1 tablespoon chiles. Fold tortillas in half over filling, pressing gently. In skillet, over medium heat, heat 2 filled tortillas at a time for 2 minutes on each side or until cheese melts. Cut each into 4 triangles. Top each triangle with 1 teaspoon salsa, guacamole, sour cream and olives. Microwave: On microwavable plate, heat 2 filled tortillas at high (100% power) for 1-1 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve as above.
