Preparation / Directions:* peeled, deveined and butterflied with tail intact. Mix dry ingredients together; add milk to make a thin batter; dip each shrimp in batter and deep fry at 375~F 2 to 3 minutes, without crowding, or until golden brown; serve with barbecue sauce. Barbecue sauce: Heat soy sauce; add remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.
