Preparation / Directions:Marinate cucumber in vinaigrette 1 hour; drain. Combine cheese, mustard and dill weed; mix well. Spread approximately 2 teaspoons mixture on each toast round. Top with a cucumber slice and a sprinkle of pepper. Garnish each appetizer with parsley sprig. 24 appetizers
