Preparation / Directions:Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Add beer, egg, and 2 tbls. oil; stir until smooth. Dip cauliflower into batter; fry in deep hot oil (375 F) until golden. Drain well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
