Hot Pecans

Ingredients:


3 cups pecan halves

2 tablespoons margarine -- melted

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground thyme

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Toss all ingredients in a bowl until well coated.

3. Spread pecans out on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until fragrant; stir often to prevent burning.
