Savory Cheese Ball

Ingredients:


1 package cream cheese

2 jars pimiento cheese product

1 jar cheese with bacon

1 jar pineapple cheese

1 pound butter -- softened

2 pounds Velveeta -- cut in small pieces

1 pound sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded

3/4 teaspoon garlic powder -- or to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Mix well with electric mixer. Divide into 6 equal portions. Cover and refrigerate until firm and can be handled. Shape and roll in crushed nuts, bacon, chives, etc. Refrigerate until serving time. Freezes well. (I put it in 1/2 pint jars and freeze until needed. Keeps well.)
